Rigorous Selection Process

All our staff (even our trusted community) undergo a rigorous selection process to match people to roles.

Our three stage selection process guarantees that our clients have access to the very best consultants available. This includes:

  • A general interview undertaken by a senior IT or business professional.
  • A technical or IT business specialisation interview undertaken by a senior Technical or Business specialist.
  • Technical testing undertaken by a Senior Technical Consultant (where appropriate).

This rigour means that we are able to submit a very small number of pre-vetted candidates CVs that are highly aligned to the role specification.

Our clients avoid the sifting, searching and time-wasting that typify resourcing from the contract market.
